Dr. Zsolt Walde, is the name-giving Managing Partners of Walde, Fest & Partners Attorneys at Law, had worked between 1992 and 2000 at the Law Office of Réti & Antall associated with the Canadian law firm, Stikeman, Elliott, as an associate and later as an attorney-at-law. From 2000 until 2003, dr. Walde worked for Dezső, Réti & Antall Landwell Law Firm as a special counsel, which law firm cooperated with the Landwell legal network, having a close cooperation with the auditor company PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Dr. Walde provides legal services to the law firm’s clients especially in the main legal areas affected by the performance of the business law cases, e.g. corporate finance, privatisation, merger & acquisition, banking and finance and securities law, real estate law, litigation in civil law and business law cases, in cases related to non-profit entities and off-shore entities. Dr. Walde has special expertise and experience in the area of privatisation law, energy law, real estate law and banking and finance and securities law. Dr. Walde acquired a postgraduate diploma of a lawyer specialized in banking and finance law.

Apart from his native Hungarian language, dr. Walde speaks fluent English.
